I have been unable to reach cryptomundo for several days. I'm a little bit concerned. I hope they are not down... maybe it's just technical problems, but I haven't been able to reach the site all week.

Hi,
So many people have asked me about this problem, I thought I would email you a reply/update.
April 1st is Day Three of the Cryptomundo site being down and it's no joke. Since this began on Monday, it has nothing to do with the April Fools Day worm.
I am a blogger (living in Maine) for the site. The site itself is housed and run by the California admin folks whom I last heard from on Monday that it seemed like it was merely a matter of re-booting the site. I have no idea what is up.
However, for those asking if the site is permanently gone, no, that is not true. I think all we can do is be patient.
By coincidence, I am in Day Four of a major kidney stone flare-up, filled with times of incredible pain or pain meds fogginess, with no health insurance.
If you'll ever been through this before (and I have two other times since 2000), drinking lots of water and waiting is about all that one can do, anyway. I suppose this forced break from Cryptomundo was good timing, in a roundabout way, since I'm not in the best shape to be researching or writing this week. On the other hand, I probably would have enjoyed the work/distraction too.
Thank you for your loyalty to the site, and I'm hopeful the blog will be online again today.
